sweet s’more pockets, no s’more messy fingers !

We all love s’mores at this house, but we don’t love chocolate on our fingers. Even the boy gets a little tired of sticky hands. So, mama made some s’more pockets to hold our special graham cracker treats. I used stationary patterned paper, but we’ve used construction paper, origami paper, and once a paper towel just to see if it would work. This is just a twist on an origami basket fold, super simple so even the kids can do it (unless they are quite small and far too interested in tearing paper as mine was). Happy s’more eating and paper folding, friends! Summer’s going fast, go grab some!

Fold into a triangle (removing excess paper) then fold across twice, fold tips down, open up! Viola!
