snowmen fingerprint cards… because snowmen say thank you best

“Let us be grateful to the people who make us happy; they are the charming gardeners who make our souls blossom.”
― Marcel Proust

When I was young my mother forced me to write thank you notes after Christmas and my birthday. At some point I realized the importance of doing this each year and she no longer had to push me to thank friends and family for remembering me. Once I saw that most of them truly appreciated my notes I wanted to write them. Today I too often send an email when I should send a card. Spread some happiness this month and send a thank you that’s personalized by you!

The littles andI made these fingerprint snowmen cards to say thank you for some Christmas gifts. With a tiny thumbprint the cards become a bit more than a quick note- and they were something to do while we are trapped inside by winter weather. See all of the thumbprint ideas from Ed Emberley and plan some cards of your own.

I would maintain that thanks are the highest form of thought, and that gratitude is happiness doubled by wonder.
– G.K. Chesterton

The only people with whom you should try to get even are those who have helped you.
