little old lady fruit cobbler recipes

Remember Grandma’s Southern cobbler in the summer? It was pretty delicious and she didn’t have a fancy organic market to visit to make it. She probably used…wait for it…canned fruit. I never complained about a canned fruit cobbler and my family hasn’t either with this double fruit version. If you are looking for an easy summer dessert, this is one you need to try! It’s even better when served with vanilla ice cream on the side. Enjoy summer, friends. 
cobbler_reciperecipe_cobbler Ingredients:
1 cup flour
1 cup sugar
1 Tsp vanilla extract
Pinch Salt
1 stick of butter
1 cup of milk
Blend well, pour canned fruit over mixture (1-2 cans of same or two different fruits). Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean from area without fruit concentration. Baking time longer with two cans of fruit.
